is a non-political, non-governmental, non-profit public youth organisation founded in 1990. RUY has its regional offices in 75 regions of Russia (more than 200 000 individual members included and more than 1 000 000 participants of programs).

-to develop a young individual personality by implementing the programs that let young people expand their range of vision and interests, help them define their life choice

-all categories of youngsters (students and pupils, workers and businessmen, artists and sportsmen, trade school students)

 RUY organizes programs at regional, interregional and federal levels and each year 1 000 000 youngsters participate in 20 central and more than 200 interregional programs supported by State bodies, charity organisations and private sponsors!
